Bhopal, Jan. 27 -- Veteran Congress leader Digvijaya Singh came down heavily at Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan over his recent post on X (formerly Twitter), where Chouhan accused Congress of insulting BR Ambedkar, stating that "the union minister has a habit of lying".

The Congress also claimed that the decision to build a memorial of Ambedkar at his birthplace in Indore's Mhow was taken during former CM late Arjun Singh's government in the 1980s.
