Alipurduar, May 29 -- Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar on Thursday criticised West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that she needs to learn what to speak and when to speak.

Reacting to CM Banerjee's remarks, the BJP leader said, "Using such kind of words against a person sitting on the post of Prime Minister indicates that Mamata Banerjee has a lack of education. She is not eligible to be the Chief Minister of West Bengal. She needs to learn what to speak and when to speak."
