Mangaluru, May 2 -- Karnataka BJP President BY Vijayendra on Friday strongly condemned the murder of Hindu activist Suhas Shetty in Mangaluru, blaming the Congress-led state government for repeated attacks on Hindu activists.

Speaking to the mediapersons, Vijayendra said, "The BJP strongly condemns the brutal murder of Hindu activist Suhas Shetty. The local police and the Intelligence Department already knew that his life was under threat, so why didn't they act? This shows a serious failure in the system."
