New Delhi, July 20 -- Congress MP Manickam Tagore on Sunday said that security "lapses" responsible for the Pahalgam terror incident is the most important agenda from the opposition in the upcoming Parliament session, adding that the "failure" of following Operation Sindoor will also be raised.

Speaking to ANI, Manickam Tagore said, "Yesterday, 24 parties came together and had a very positive meeting. Broadly, four important issues have been identified, and there are many more issues that we will work on. The security lapses responsible for the Pahalgam incident are the most important agenda ,and a foreign policy failure after Operation Sindoor is an important issue.
