Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi Working President KT Rama Rao on Tuesday raised concerns over rising crime in Hyderabad, pointing to a recent robbery at a jewellery store and the murder of a 12-year-old girl.

Rao blamed the Congress for ignoring law and order and said public safety is being put at risk.

In a post on X, KT Rama Rao wrote, "In just one week, Hyderabad has witnessed two shocking crimes - a daylight gunpoint robbery in a jewellery store & the brutal murder of a 12-year-old girl in Kukatpally."
