Jammu, Jan. 9 -- Congress MP and AICC J&K In-charge Syed Naseer Hussain said that the Congress party has been running programmes across the country against the proposed VB-G-Ram-G Bill.

Speaking at the press conference, he said that landmark legislations such as the Right to Information Act, Forest Rights Act and MGNREGA, which guaranteed the right to work, were introduced during the Congress-led government.

"In the new bill, the right to work has been cancelled," he alleged.
