Mumbai, Dec. 2 -- Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra expressed awe at Indian batting legend Virat Kohli's performance in the first ODI against South Africa in Ranchi ODI, saying that reminded him of the "vintage Virat Kohli" and expressed hope that he and Rohit Sharma will continue their fine form in the remainder of the series.

Aakash was speaking to ANI at the announcement of the second season of the Asian Legends League, which will start from January 19, 2026, with two new teams being added to the tournament. The second season will run until February 1, 2026.
