Guwahati, March 31 -- After inaugurating the Kampur bridge, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reliving a childhood film memory.

In a social media post on X, the Chief Minister while riding an elephant on the newly rebuilt inaugurated bridge over the Kopili river at Kampur, revealed that he had played a role as a child actor in a film, "Kokadeuta Nati Aru Hati," where he rode an elephant on the very same bridge decades ago.

CM Sarma termed the moment as "Reel to Real."
