New Delhi, April 30 -- Congress leader and former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Wednesday credited Rahul Gandhi's persistent demand for social justice as the driving force behind the Union Cabinet's approval of the decision over the caste census, calling it a long-overdue step toward inclusive development.
