Patna, Nov. 16 -- After Congress' dismal performance in the Bihar Assembly elections, Hindustan Awam Morcha (Secular) leader Santosh Suman said that there are flaws in Congress leadership and called Rahul Gandhi a "politically immature" leader.

Reacting to Prime Minister Modi's remarks that "NDA has more MLAs in Bihar than Congress in five or six states combined," Suman said that PM Modi has said nothing wrong.

"What wrong did the PM say? There are flaws in the Congress leadership. Rahul Gandhi has no political understanding.
