Patna, Oct. 25 -- Independent MP from Purnea, Pappu Yadav, on Saturday said that the people of Bihar are yearning for change, while expressing confidence in Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's decision to ensure representation of Dalits and minorities in key leadership roles.

Speaking to reporters, Yadav said, "What I am seeing is that the entire Bihar wants change, the people here want change. Rahul Gandhi's decision is that we will definitely make a Dalit and a minority person the Deputy Chief Minister. There is no debate in this."

Yadav's comments come after Vikassheel Insaan Party's Mukesh Sahani was declared as the Mahagathbandhan's Deputy CM nominee for the state polls.
