New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday slammed Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress party leaders for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother during the Voter Adhikar Yatra event in Darbhanga.
The five-hour Bihar Bandh protest was organised by the BJP today in reply to these derogatory remarks. Cadres of the BJP are staging protests in various parts of the state, including Gaya and Danapur.
Bihar Deputy CM said to ANI that motherhood was born in Bihar, and it has given the tradition of respecting other mothers as well.
