Dehradun, March 1 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in constant contact with the state authorities and has assured all possible help.

So far, 47 out of 55 Border Roads Organisation (BRO) workers have been safely rescued from the Uttarakhand avalanche site in the Mana village in Chamoli district, and an additional 14 civilians have been rescued by the Indian Army.

"We are trying to rescue the (BRO) workers as soon as possible. I had a telephonic conversation with PM Modi, and he has assured all the possible help... The PMO is in constant touch with us. 14 more people have been rescued, and all are doing well, the rest will be rescued soon," CM Dhami told reporters in...
