New Delhi, June 18 -- Communist Party of India (CPI) General Secretary D. Raja on Wednesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must inform the Parliament about the role played by the USA during Operation Sindoor.

D Raja asserted that the political parties have the right to demand a special parliament session be convened to take the members into confidence about the US's role.

"Mr Modi, as the PM, must tell the country what exactly happened. Why are Parliament, political parties & the people of India not being taken into confidence?" CPI Gen Secy D Raja said.
