New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Shortly after Rekha Gupta took charge as the 9th Chief Minister of Delhi, BJP MP Kamaljit Sehrawat stated that the people of Delhi have reposed faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and subsequently handed him the charge of the National Capital.

The BJP MP also accused the Aam Admi Party of indulging in corruption during their tenure.

"In the last 10 years, AAP was running politics of spreading confusion, lies and corruption in Delhi. Now, the BJP government has come to power in Delhi, and people have shown their faith in PM Modi and handed over Delhi to him," Sehrawat told ANI.
