Patna, June 18 -- With the release of Season 4 of the much-loved comedy-drama series 'Panchayat' just days away, actor Chandan Roy, who plays Vikas Shukla, has offered fans a glimpse into what they can expect from the new season, which premieres on Prime Video on June 24.
