Dehradun, May 8 -- On firing by Pakistan in the border areas and the situation after Operation Sindoor, Brigadier Govind Singh Sisodia (Retd), who commanded the Black Cat Commando operation during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, on Thursday said that India did not target civilians in any operations and this has already been the policy with Pakistan.

Speaking with ANI, Brigadier Govind Singh Sisodia said, "We always kept in mind whether it was Balakot or surgical strikes, we did not target civilians in any operation and this has already been the policy of Pakistan."
