Seoul, May 25 -- CPI (M) MP Dr John Brittas, who is one of the members of all-party delegation in Seoul, South Korea, addressed the Indian community on Sunday and said that Pakistan is a theocratic state.
Brittas said in his address, "One aspect that you need to underline is the culture of India...There are five political parties, three of which are in opposition, and only two are the ruling parties. But when we are here for a mission, we are united...We have a Constitution, which is a secular and democratic Constitution, whereas Pakistan is a theocratic state...we have a different trajectory altogether..."
