New Delhi, March 15 -- India men's hockey team captain Harmanpreet Singh on Saturday expressed his delight at the team's consistent international performances.

Speaking at the Hockey India 7th Annual Awards 2024, where he was honoured with the Balbir Singh Sr. Award for Player of the Year (Men), Harmanpreet highlighted India's progress in recent years.

"I am very happy... I think the consistency can be seen now. Last time in Tokyo, this time in Paris [Olympics], last time the Asian Champions Trophy happened in Chennai, we won; this time it happened in China, we won there also. The team is performing really well, and as a team, we are achieving our targets," he told ANI.
