Bilaspur, March 30 -- Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Raman Singh commended the development effort of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai in light of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to Bilaspur, during which he laid the foundation stone and inaugurated several development projects.

Speaking to ANI, Singh said, "Our Chief Minister is steadily fulfilling the guarantees made by PM Modi. Development had come to a standstill during the tenure of the Bhupesh Baghel government, but under CM Vishnu Deo Sai's leadership, the state is now witnessing a leap of progress."
