Dehradun, Aug. 13 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami administered the oath at a program commemorating the fifth anniversary of the state's drug de-addiction campaign at Yoga Park, Kedarpuram in Dehradun on Wednesday.
Dhami addressed challenges faced during recent rains, pointing out that opposition parties tend to blame the government for natural disasters, but emphasised that the public recognises who stands with them in times of crisis.
Dhami, while addressing, stated, "The opposition's job is to blame the government, using the rain as an excuse. The public knows who stands with the people during a disaster."
