Kolkata, May 12 -- Reacting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address over Operation Sindoor, Union Minister and West Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar on Monday said that the operation represents India's firm future policy against terrorism.

Speaking to ANI, Majumdar said, "PM Modi addressed the nation for the first time after Operation Sindoor. In his address, PM Modi saluted the valour and courage of our armed forces. The entire country stood united in the fight against terrorism and supported the armed forces."

Reiterating the Prime Minister's remarks, Majumdar said, "Blood and water cannot flow together. PM Modi made it clear that Operation Sindoor will be the policy against terrorism in the future, too."
