Guwahati, Sept. 12 -- Referring to the recent Special Investigation Team (SIT) report, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday said that it unearths a "cartel" working to defame the development processes of India and shows the involvement of one Pakistani citizen and the British wife of a member of Parliament. He said that the report will be released for the public after the cabinet discusses it.

Sarma was referring to the wife of Congress MP and party's Assam unit president Gaurav Gogoi.
