New Delhi, April 19 -- Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra who on Saturday visited the site of the building collapse in Mustafabad alleged that the incident was not an accident but "criminal ignorance."

Mishra stated that the Delhi Police and NDRF teams were working on the rescue operations, further stating that both officials and builders were responsible for the mishap and would not be spared.

Speaking to ANI, Mishra said "It's not an accident but criminal ignorance. It's a painful incident. Delhi police and NDRF teams have been working here since night.
