Bengaluru, Jan. 29 -- Karnataka Energy Minister KJ George on Thursday categorically dismissed speculation about his resignation, asserting in the State Assembly that there was "no question of resignation" and that he continues to stand with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
George was responding to a query raised by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA and former minister Sunil Kumar during the ongoing Assembly session, amid reports suggesting that the minister was upset over alleged intervention by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's son, Yathindra Siddaramaiah, in various departments, including the Energy Department.
