Patna, March 23 -- Union Minister Chirag Paswan on Sunday raised serious concerns over the worsening law and order situation in Bihar, particularly highlighting the rise in target killings, including incidents involving members of the Scheduled Caste and said that the accused in the incidents will not be spared.

He also assured that the state government is focused on addressing the issue promptly and taking necessary actions to prevent such crimes from escalating further.
