Jaipur, March 11 -- Jaipur's St. Angela Sophia School found itself embroiled in a controversy after it issued a notice instructing students not to bring colors or play Holi at school.

Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar criticised the notice and called up the Central Board of Education to take action against the school.

"Holi is a festival of colours and reverence, celebrated by everyone in India. However, an order was issued in a school to prohibit students from giving their examinations if they were found celebrating the festival, which is very unfortunate...
