Patna, July 5 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha on Saturday hit out at the Bihar government over the murder of businessman Gopal Khemka and pointed out that the State government has "no authority"
The incident evoked a sharp reaction from the opposition party, with Congress going on to say that there is 'Gundaraj' in Bihar. The murder came months ahead of the assembly elections due later in the year.
The Bihar Police have set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the murder case, to be headed by the Patna Central SP.
