Patna, Nov. 23 -- Janata Dal (United) leader Rajeev Ranjan Prasad on Sunday said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has constituted a "balanced and forward-looking" council of ministers, asserting that a new "roadmap will be laid down in Bihar for infrastructure development".

Speaking to ANI, Prasad praised Nitish Kumar and highlighted the significance of the key portfolios distributed in the new cabinet.

"Nitish Kumar has formed a balanced council of ministers. The Home Ministry is with Samrat Chaudhary, while the JDU has the Finance and Commercial Taxes Ministry, another important portfolio. A new roadmap is being laid down in Bihar for infrastructure development," he said.
