Hyderabad, April 21 -- Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy on Monday called BJP MP Nishikant Dubey a "sleeper cell" of the BJP both inside and outside the Parliament.

Speaking to ANI, Chamala claimed that it is a strategy used by the BJP to provoke Nishikant Dubey to make controversial statements.

"Nishikant Dubey is a sleeper cell of BJP in the House and outside it. When the BJP doesn't want the House to run, they will use him to make derogatory remarks against opposition leaders. JP Nadda distanced himself from his comment, but he has been provoked to make these remarks," he said.

Chamala also took a dig at BRS working president KT Rama Rao, questioning the inconsistencies in his party's formation.
