Dehradun, April 12 -- After the field inspection of Char Dham Yatra arrangements, R Rajesh Kumar, Health Secretary and Nodal Officer for Char Dham Yatra on Saturday said that National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) and Border Roads Organisation (BRO) have been instructed to complete the work of roads before April 25.
