East Champaran, Nov. 11 -- Bihar Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Harsidhi assembly seat, Krishnanandan Paswan, exuded confidence about his victory on Tuesday, asserting that he will win by a margin of 50,000 votes as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to return to power in Bihar with a "thumping majority."

After casting his vote, Paswan said he first offered prayers before proceeding to the polling booth.

"I bowed before the deities and then cast my vote. It is a machine, so there might be technical issues, but the delay was minimal. Voters of Harsidhi are giving me their blessings.
