Supaul, Nov. 9 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain on Sunday expressed confidence that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will secure a sweeping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, claiming the contest appears "one-sided".

Speaking to ANI, Hussain said, "The people of Bihar are enthusiastic about this election. The NDA is set to win with a full majority, as the contest appears one-sided."

The BJP leader also hit out at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for his recent remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Who is Rahul Gandhi to question Prime Minister Modi and make such derogatory remarks about him?" Hussain asked.
