Raipur, June 22 -- Chhattisgarh Minister OP Choudhary on Sunday said that "Nava Raipur" is emerging as one of the "best" capital cities in the country, citing recent developments under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.

Choudhary credited Union Home Minister Amit Shah for playing a key role in achieving a major milestone for the city, adding that significant progress has been made over the last one and a half years.
