The notice pertains to remarks made by Pradhan in Parliament regarding Tamil Nadu's education system and its stance on the three-language policy.

The controversy erupted when Pradhan reportedly referred to Tamil Nadu MPs as "uncivilised" during a parliamentary discussion.
