Jammu, April 8 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday said the Modi government is committed to the development of Jammu and Kashmir, adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts are bringing prosperity through development and welfare initiatives to all the citizens of the valley.
