Pune, July 9 -- Reacting to recent reported incidents involving alleged attacks on non-Marathi speakers in Maharashtra by workers of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), NCP-SCP MP Supriya Sule has criticised the state government, calling it a case of mismanagement.

Amid a row that erupted over the alleged imposition of Hindi in Maharashtra's primary education, Sule stated that they are not against Hindi, but rather its imposition.

Sule said, "This is mismanagement of the Maharashtra government. What happened yesterday was wrong. We are not against Hindi. All we are saying is that nothing should be forced upon people. If someone threatens and hits people, and the CM takes no action, then it is a cause of worry."
