New Delhi, May 19 -- After Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi's remarks questioning the loss of aircraft during Operation Sindoor, Defence expert Dhruv Katoch believed that the latter is "misinformed".

The defence expert highlighted that India's Operation Sindoor was conducted in two phases, out of which one of the attack on "terror bases". In contrast, the second phase depended upon "Pakistan's response".

Katoch highlighted that Pakistan was informed about the Operation Sindoor following its completion, and no civilian infrastructure was targeted during the operation.
