New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena praised the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for extending its work beyond the capital for the first time by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for development projects in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Saxena expressed confidence that the collaboration would be a significant milestone for both the DDA and the islands, fostering stronger ties between regions.
He highlighted that the DDA's expertise in areas such as housing, parks, and sports complexes--key to shaping Delhi's infrastructure--would now contribute to the development of other states.
