Gangtok, Sept. 17 -- Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang on Wednesday extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the state government launched various schemes to mark this occasion.

Speaking to reporters here, the Chief Minister said, "Our state launched various schemes to mark the occassion of PM Modi's birthday... His vision is of public service.
