Bengaluru, Feb. 15 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah alleged that the Central government is "killing" the Jal Jeevan Mission project "by not providing the necessary amount of funds in its budget", adding that his state government is "committed to providing safe drinking water to every household" despite the "stepmotherly attitude" towards the state .
