New Delhi, March 24 -- : Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Kesari', which became the top grosser of the year so far owing to its opening day collections, has crossed another benchmark- the Rs. 50 crore mark after just three days of its run at the box office.

The period drama has collected Rs. 56.51 crore so far. Indian film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share the box office collection of the film.

He wrote, "#Kesari shows an upward trend on Day 3 [Sat]... Metros pick up, mass circuits good... Big Day 4 [Sun] on the cards... Eyes Rs 80 cr [+/-] *extended* weekend... Thu 21.06 cr, Fri 16.70 cr, Sat 18.75 cr. Total: Rs 56.51 cr. India biz."
