Chandigarh, Sept. 29 -- Japanese Nobel laureate Takaaki Kajita praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for Indo-Japan collaboration in science and technology, highlighting India's remarkable rise in the Global Innovation Index (GII), according to an official statement.
