Tokyo, Aug. 29 -- Japan's Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba on Friday, noted that Japan's technology and India's raw talent can make an outstanding blend of economic cooperation.

Ishiba, while addressing the 15th India-Japan Annual Summit along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said that Japan has played a key role in the 'Make in India' initiative.
