Jammu, May 8 -- Former Jammu and Kashmir DGP SP Vaid has said that there were "around 50-60 air attacks" over Jammu, Udhampur, Rajouri, Pathankot, Samba, and Akhnoor by Pakistan on Thursday evening and these were neutralised by India's impregnable air defence system.

He said there is no report of any damage despite such a massive attack by Pakistan.

The former DGP said Pakistan appears to have resorted to full-fledged war.

"Today evening after 8:20 pm, we have witnessed around 50-60 air attacks over Jammu, Udhampur, Rajouri, Pathankot, Samba, and Akhnoor. All these attacks have been neutralised and made ineffective. Compliments to the impregnable air defence system," SP Vaid said.
