New Delhi, Jan. 26 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Malviya Nagar, Satish Upadhyay, on Sunday reiterated that India will become a developed nation by 2047, as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"We are in the Amrit Kaal of independence. With Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision, India will become a developed nation by 2047... We have also pledged to work towards making India a developed country," he said

He further stated that the people of the constituency are taking a resolve for a Viksit Bharat by participating in a Tiranga Yatra on the occasion of Republic Day, which is being celebrated across the nation.
