New Delhi, Feb. 22 -- Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday said that the transformation of India into a developed nation would only be possible if the National Education Policy (NEP) was implemented.

"Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisaged the National Education Policy 2020. We have to fulfil our duty to transform India into a developed India by 2047. This will be possible if, under the leadership of Delhi University, we are able to implement the National Education Policy in the country," Pradhan said while addressing the gathering at the 101st Convocation of the University of Delhi.
