Bengaluru, Oct. 15 -- Amid speculation over a potential upcoming cabinet reshuffle in the state government, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara on Wednesday stated that any decisions in this regard lie with the Congress high command.

He added that if party chief Mallikarjun Kharge wishes to come to Karnataka, he is most welcome.

Speaking to the reporters, G Parameshwara said, "If there is a change, and who will be the probable person, I am not competent to talk about this. Any decision taken by the party high command, if particularly Kharge ji wants to come to Karnataka, he is most welcome."
