Washington DC, April 9 -- Actor Alan Cumming will be reprising his role of Nightcrawler from X Men 2 in the upcoming Marvel film 'Avengers: Doomsday'. The actor revealed that he has already started the preparation for his iconic superhero role in the film, reported Deadline.

During an interview on NBC's Today, as quoted by the Deadline, the Traitors US show host, Cumming, shared that he has already went through some makeup tests for his Nightcrawler's role in the upcoming Marvel film.

"It's 23 years since I was a superhero. I had some makeup tests already," said Cumming in an interview as quoted by Deadline.
