North 24 Parganas, Sept. 9 -- BJP leader Dilip Ghosh on Tuesday expressed concern over the unrest in Nepal following the protests led by youth that turned violent, resulting in clashes with the police that led to the death of 19 people.
The protesters demand measures to curb corruption and end the ban on social media applications.
Stressing the need for a "capable" government in Nepal, Dilip Ghosh said that India has "good" ties with the neighbouring country.
He told ANI, "There are problems in the smaller neighbouring countries around India. This is a matter of concern for India. Nepal needs a capable government. Nepal has good relations with India. I hope the unrest in Nepal will be resolved soon."
